SUP and Kayaking: An Experience for All Levels
No excuses! Whether you want to try SUP or Kayaking for the first time or train to improve your technique, at SUPHERR, we’ve developed programs for beginners, intermediates, and advanced paddlers.

My wife and I went out paddle boarding this morning with Pava from Supherr. Great set up that have. If you’re in Jaco or close by and want to try sup, I highly recommend Supherr. Pava and his team will guide you well. After a quick lesson we went out to the ocean, what an amazing time we had. I found the activity very enterntaining. A good way to exercise while exploring Costa Rica’s beautiful views. The staff were very helpful, patient and friendly to us. Not to mention the installations, they have everything you neeed: showers, changing rooms, toilet, even a small shop. We had a wonderful time, thank you!!
